StudioTMT renovated the old Hamm's Brewery at 1550 Bryant Street with the developer TMG Partners.   An unfortunate 1980's black and white tile facade was removed and replaced with a more traditional brick facade with steel entrance and windows. The interior spaces were also renovated including a cafe with bar and a stunning roof deck added for tenant's use.  My role was participating in the design concept and development, generating the construction and permit documents and taking the drawings through the SF building department permit process.   I also participated in the construction administration process.

This three story brick warehouse building in the Potrero neighborhood was renovated by StudioTMT and TMG Partners, the developer for office use.  We re-designed the steel and glass entry and canopy, the lobby space and elevator cabs and designed two of the tenant spaces. As a member of the Studio TMT design team, I collaborated on the concept design, design development and created the construction and permit drawing sets.

This 1958 International Style high-rise in downtown Oakland was in mostly original condition when TMG Partners bought the building in 2015. Studio TMT spent two years in total working on the renovation, with a full lobby renovation, all restrooms, passenger elevator lobbies and other common area upgrades.   I participated in all phases of the project, overseeing drawing creation and permitting and assisted in construction administration.

600 Harrison Street lobby was a perfect example of 1989 interior architecture with red and green marble and a lot of brass. In order to appeal to the current prospective tenants,  the owners were interested in updating the lobby to a more modern, up to date design that would appeal to a wide range of tenants.  My role with Studio TMT was assisting with concept and design development and taking the lead on construction documents and permitting with the SF Building Department.
